Library Award Winner Kelly Jensen Caught Promoting Censorship of Parents During Banned Books Week

It's still Banned Books Week.  Banned Books Week trainer Kelly Jensen of Book Riot calls parents "Christofascists" for challenging explicit books in schools.  For this and more, school librarian Amanda Jones, who filed a defamation suit against parents to silence them and lost repeatedly in dramatic fashion, arranged for Kelly Jensen to win an award for defending "intellectual freedom."  And how does Kelly Jensen behave as a trainer during Banned Books Week?  She complains that "rw [right wing]" parents might have seen a presentation she made with EveryLibrary, a de facto ALA organization that itself trains people to hide things from parents but also legislators.

Banned Books Week is such a huge hoax.  As more evidence, right during it, one of the awarded "intellectual freedom" winners is complaining parents might have seen what she and John Chrastka was saying.  So clearly she knows what she was saying is deceptively false.  And projecting her own fascism, she wants people to report to the media "something suspicious going on," while parents who do this are "moles."

SO WATCH IT!  SEE WHAT THE BANNED BOOKS WEEK TRAINER DOESN'T WANT YOU TO SEE.  Listen closely as they talk about how they are creating local groups to keep the explicit books flowing.  Opposition to removing inappropriate books from schools is astroturfed by the ALA.  No wonder they don't want people hearing this, among many other reasons.  Just listen.

Below are the original reports on this matter where the training can be seen at full length, credit to Haley Kennington of the Kennington Report.  Haley Kennington also broke open the Banned Books Week leader Deborah Caldwell-Stone, Esq., of American Library Association's "Office for Intellectual Freedom," training librarians how to block Christian books and publishers from public library meetings rooms.

Oh yes, investigative reporter Haley Kennington previously reported on this intellectual freedom winner Kelly Jensen, and it's not pretty:

General Mike Flynn Calls American Library Association 'Marxist Thugs' Who 'Hurt, Abuse or Negatively Influence Our Children'; Brave Books Blocked

General Mike Flynn denounced American Library Association as "Marxism thugs" and said ALA needs to "stop trying to hurt, abuse or negatively influence our children or any children for that matter."  This in the context of ALA's training librarians to commit censorship of Brave Books by Kirk Cameron and block his use of public library meeting rooms.  Right during ALA's annual conference #ALAAC23, this has to be the biggest shock for the organization since losing the US Supreme Court case in 2003 that allows Internet filtering in libraries.

Librarians responded by attacking General Flynn as a "moron," and I predict library media will be sure not to report on this truthfully, if at all.

Many others criticized ALA as well. Kirk Cameron, Andy Ngô, Haley Kennington (who did the initial research and tweeted evidence of the censorship attempt), Christin Bentley, David J. Harris, Jr., HotAir, Twitchy, and myself.

It's about time major attention is being brought to bear against what I have been reporting for almost twenty-five years.  Thank you General Flynn for saying what you did and promising to follow up!  Thank you Kirk Cameron for your book reading drive!  Thank you Haley Kennington for your excellent research!

Here's what different people has to say about ALA's training for censorship of conservative voices:

General Mike Flynn:

I, for one, am sick and tired of the Marxist thugs on the left who currently control far too many of our institutions of government and other activities that are taxpayer funded…the American Library Association (ALA), a taxpayer funded entity, is at the very heart of this latest controversy.

ALA, this won’t be the last time you hear from me regarding this issue.

This, among many reasons, is why we must get positive and strong leaders with God-given common sense back in charge of our country. Those in charge currently are driving us straight through the gates of hell.

Lastly, stop trying to hurt, abuse or negatively influence our children or any children for that matter. Why does the left insist on culturally abusing children? WTH!!!???

Brave Books, and do read the entire thread:

Haley Kennington, the initial researcher who got the ball rolling, and everyone should watch this to see how egregious is ALA's training, like it's advising librarians to bully those who come to the library for Kirk Cameron events:

Andy Ngô, a super excellent reporter (full disclosure, I read his book "Unmasked: Inside Antifa's Radical Plan to Destroy Democracy"):

Kirk Cameron, the actor/author against whom ALA members express their ire for his daring to let kids read wholesome books:

Twitchy:

HotAir:

Christin Bentley, SREC SD-1, who fights "filthy books" in Texas schools and helped get HB900 passed after sending the Texas legislature over of month of daily reports of, well, the "filthy books" in Texas schools:

David J. Harris, Jr., who doesn't like David:

Despite the library leader Deborah Caldwell-Stone, Esq., getting caught red-handed training librarians how to keep Kirk Cameron and friends from reading Brave Books in public library meeting rooms, librarians are defending ALA by smearing General Flynn.

These people are despicable.  They get caught training for censorship (making a complete mockery of all their "United Against Book Bans" and "Banned Books Week" efforts to defend schools kids from parents trying to stop school librarians from giving their kids s3xually inappropriate material because Caldwell-Stone trained them to "reframe" it as diversity and inclusion, but I digress) and their reaction is to smear the General.

Here, parents and Kirk Cameron are called "hatemongers" by Harvard Medical School librarian Matthew Noe (who smeared me causing me to get death threats):

Here the General is "this moron" and "incredibly disingenuous":

Now he's "completely bananas" and "sh*t":

Here it's "nonsense":

Here it's "Lol. Lmao.":

It really is time to defund the American Library Association, stop sending money to ALA, stop buying memberships, stop attending its trainings and conferences.  I am building another library association, but that's neither here nor there in this particular matter, other than to say my library association will not train librarians how to commit official public censorship.

The Banned Books Hustle

Public librarians love “banned books.”  They can pimp them to the public and use them as a prop against their political enemies, who of course are usually conservatives.  Many of these books are innocuous and make the public gasp, “How could this book have been banned?”  A lot of times they were never banned, only challenged.  But that doesn’t matter to the ALA [American Library Association] or the library community at large.  As long as they can take the moral high ground and maintain power over the collection meant for the public, it’s all good.

Librarians know “banned books” get traction with the public.  If not in the local area then anywhere they can promote the outrage.  It can be beneficial to a librarian’s career to fight the good fight on the supposed behalf of the community.  They can enhance the woke Marxist agenda of the local school or run a program intended to indoctrinate children into becoming Queer and receive hi-fives, ball gags, and job offers.

Often the library board is left hanging when a controversial book appears on the shelf.  They get calls, e-mails, texts, letters, smoke signals, and severed animal heads accompanied by “How could you?”, “Groomer!” and “I demand your resignation!” or “Way to go!”, “Could you start a program teaching kids how to give bjs with bananas?”, which is far worse.

Sometimes the librarian is an honest person who orders whatever ALA or Amazon recommends.  Which can be a set up in itself.  But there are plenty of willing librarians ready to take up the noble cause of depravity.

This is a scenario that happened in my state and may be the most common way books get the “banned” designation these days.  The director, likely having attended a liberal to communist-leaning university to receive his or her BA, MLA or MLIS, feels strongly that 4 year old children should be taught rimming (tongue on booty hole) because the oppressive parent is a heteronormative racist white supremacist Nazi and every child should know the pleasures of bung munching.  In these scenarios there is usually a communist oppressor/oppressed dynamic pitting child vs. parent and promoting equal standing between other adults and the child.  Grooming essentially.  The library orders the book “Butt Sushi” to enhance the children’s collection so the kids can begin tossing salads when some creeper adult or brainwashed child needs a cleaning.

The director knows damn well that this book is going to catch hell from someone in the community.  But they KNOW what’s good for the patrons and they have the authority to order what they deem fit.

The director is also aware that whatever the political make-up of the board is they win in every scenario.  All leftists on the board = win.  Split = play them off each other.  Opposed = martyr.  They can’t lose and the board takes the hit.  The director gains status with someone somewhere.  Many times resulting in the more lucrative job they had in mind when they started twisting minds down.  The community has successfully been agitated by a likely Caldecott winner and is left with dissension in the director’s wake.

There are ways to prevent this subversive attack by an ideologue librarian.  Go to the board meetings.  Attend the programs.  Browse the online services.  Actually joining your local public library board is the best option.  Maintain control of your local library.  If people check out on their civic duty, expect that the Children’s Animal S3x dictionary might pop up on the shelf.

Board members should do regular performance reviews.  Audit the collection.  Document everything that might need to be addressed.  Most importantly, engage the public.  Make sure the board meetings are correctly posted.  Post the agenda in several places.  Make sure it is available online.  Agendas can easily be obscured by surreptitiously posting them behind other information or in poor locations.  They may be posted late or not at all.  If a director can keep the public away from the meetings it gives the impression to the board that everything is AOK.  A director can and will plaster the community with the agenda if there is a conflict they can manipulate to promote an ideology or angle for a better job.

In Nochomo, USA, the board gets burned and are stuck talking anus to irate patrons and community members.  Generally, a board should be supportive of the director and his or her decisions, even when a decision isn’t popular.  But in an egregious situation that in my opinion is any children’s book that looks at a simple topic “through the lens of race” or a book based on Queer Theory that looks at a topic “through the lens of undermining the parents,” discussing s3x in more than scientific terms to inappropriate age groups or basic insanity like encouraging young girls to transition and chop off their breasts is not something a board should support.

This undermining director deserves no backing.  Do not make the mistake of engaging the issue in a manner that can set people off.  The board in my state took a reactionary stance and put themselves at an immediate disadvantage.  Set a special meeting for a Q&A with the director.  Promote the hell out of it.  Get anyone in the community who is disgusted with the idea of child anal time to come to the meeting.  Let the director bathe in the flames.  The librarian didn’t discuss an obviously controversial subject with the board beforehand so let the director field questions from the community and risk their own reputation.  The director may request help from the state library, the ALA, the ACLU, GLAAD or Groomers R We.  Let them.  The board should already have connections, at minimum, with a lawyer.  Consult with them.  Stay within the law.

If the community is hostile to the board, don’t get into a pissing contest.  It’s what they want.  Ask for some educational material supporting having butthole books on the children’s collection.  The director can directly deliver the academic refuse and the board can expose their groomer mentors to the people with decency.  Research and out these people who write articles in publications that promote deviant Queer Theory to children.  They are often proud to be groomers and are glad to let their minor attracted person flag fly.  If the community does indeed support Queering children, have the material on hand that links those people to sick adult behavior.  Use media in every possible way.  The director and their supporters will be hammering social media on their own behalf.  The board should too.  Recruit experts.  Child psychologists, doctors, victims, police.  But vet them carefully.  Have them speak against pedophile material in front of the public.  Like a disgusting, pus filled Queer wound, apply constant pressure.

On a library board with Queer supporters, pressure them if needed.  This butt book is directed at children.  Fight hard and fight smart.  Never relent.

The director has an emotional stake in the issue as well and that should be kept in mind.  They can be broken—which thankfully is what occurred in my state.

Librarians will gang up on the anti-groomer library.  They will dissuade people from taking the job opening.  Talk trash on the library and the board.  Change the job requirements if necessary to broaden the hiring pool.  A replacement will eventually show.  A director’s job is a rung up the ladder.  Even if the community has a limited budget, “director” looks good on a resume.  No one is irreplaceable.

Sane society let go of the reins and morality promptly fell in the ditch.  The community can’t be left to be run by extremists.  Being involved is hard work.  But it’s easier than trying to convince your child they aren’t a pans3xual, non-binary, polygamous, Satan worshipping Barbie doll.  If someone says I’m full of it for whatever reason, I’m not.  I read the internal e-mails.  I know what is said when a vile book and an all-knowing librarian are questioned.  I sat in a room of 1000 rabid, white, female librarians, Nancy Pelosi and Gloria Steinem.  They are determined.

You need to be too.

A fed up, whistleblowing library director revealed the above to me, exactly as shown, with graphics added by me, and minor word respellings to avert the Big Tech censor's eye.

Since my appearance in The New York Post, librarians and library directors have been reaching out to me to publish their stories about the American Library Association.  I shall do so anonymously because they all fear ALA.  I don't.  I hereby give rights to republish this work to anyone who desires.

Drag Queen Story Hour Leaves 'Kids In The Cold,' Is Just 'Cute and Fun and Trendy,' Says School Librarian Ingrid Conley-Abrams

Drag Queen Story Hour in public libraries leaves "kids in the cold" and is just "cute and fun and trendy" for libraries that otherwise could not care less about "queer kids and families."  So says "Bi-Furious" social justice warrior and New York City school librarian "Magpie Librarian" Ingrid Conley-Abrams, pictured at right (photo source).

Knowing who she is politically is important since even someone like her thinks drag queens reading to kids in libraries may be inappropriate.  She's just honest enough to admit it publicly.  That said, in the past she has been dishonest about me so she could defend homophobia by American Library Association that persists to this day, but I agree with her about how ALA is using the LGBT community since that's consistent with how ALA uses the same community to promote its annual "Banned Books Week" hoax.

For those not in the know, DQSH is where drag queens read to children in public libraries due to American Library Association political activity unrelated to libraries.

Here is the first in a string of tweets from Ingrid Abrams, followed by the entire string in text:

I've been thinking a lot about Drag Queen storytime+my concerns about next steps, or steps before DQST. Basically, if the only non-gender conforming rep you have at your school/library are drag queens, what message are your students getting about gender?

Gender identity and presentation are multi-faceted and complex, and I'm concerned that students/patrons are getting the message that the only way to be gender non-conforming is to spend 3 hours on your makeup+hundreds of dollars on a dress.

Certainly better representation than NO representation, which is what kids get anyway, but it leaves a lot of other kids in the cold.

If a person performs drag, it doesn't dictate their sexual orientation or gender identity. Performers may gay or bi or straight or cis or trans. Are kids getting that message? Are they getting other kinds of non-binary/gender non-conforming representation?

Are these patrons/students getting support outside of DQSH? Non gendered bathrooms? When they sign up a library card, are they asked if they are male or female, or is the sign up more inclusive?

Is the library/school welcoming to queer kids and families with queer members? Or are we just hosting Drag Queens for an hour a month because it's cute and fun and trendy and then calling it a day?

Are queer people at your library only welcome for an hour a month and only if they're super visually appealing and entertaining? Are queer ppl only welcome to be gawked at? Can queer ppl exist at yr library outside of DQSH?

This being said, I love drag performance, I love that drag performers care about kids and care about libraries and are reaching out to kids who deeply need the representation.

End of conversation
Lastly, for bringing this to my attention, hat tip to "Underground Educator," one of a number of whistleblowers who oppose how ALA harms communities, including "Activist Mommy - Elizabeth Johnston":

By the way, I ask if little kids should be giving money to drag queens dancing in public libraries:

Antisemitism at American Library Association

Would you allow your public librarians to attend events where people from the United Arab Emirates were intentionally excluded but everyone else was invited?  Of course not.  The American Library Association [ALA] attends such an event.  Only it's Israelis who are excluded.  That's antisemitism and ALA attends that event yearly, so ALA is an antisemitic organization—until it stops supporting hate.

The Sharjah International Book Fair in UAE excludes anyone from Israel—that's antisemitic.  ALA attends this antisemitic event yearly—that's antisemitism.  ALA does this despite years of criticism and has never stood up for human rights in this regard—that's knowingly and purposefully antisemitic.  Its President Loida Garcia-Febo touts "ALA's longstanding commitments with different countries into a Global Library Tour to bring my advocacy campaign, Libraries = Strong Communities, to places such as ... Sharjah International Book Fair...."  ALA's President literally touts antisemitism.  That builds "strong communities"?

Be clear that if an ALA President attended events where Arabs from UAE were excluded, ALA would be labelled as Islamophobic.  So ALA attending events where Jews from Israel are excluded is antisemitic.

"From Local to Global; Bringing Education and Environmental
Tools to Our Communities
," by Loida Garcia-Febo,
American Libraries, September/October 2018, p.4.

Would you keep attending a golf club where you knew women, blacks, gays, or Jews were excluded?  Not unless you were misogynistic, racist, homophobic, or antisemitic.  And would you associate with such a person?  ALA is antisemitic.  (ALA is also homophobic, misogynistic, and racist, but I digress.)

That said, the place for members to sign up on the ALA website does have Israel and does not have Palestine.

ALA President Jim Neal keynotes SIBF15.  Keynote and backdrop
shows how close is the relationship between ALA and SIBF.

American Library Association not only attends, but actively participates, e.g.: "ALA President Loida Garcia-Febo will bring together concepts of libraries of all types as pillars of education and at the intersection of human rights, universal access to information, serving diverse and multiethnic populations, and making your library a welcoming place to all members of the community."  How can she talk about human rights and diversity at an antisemitic conference?

Here is a report from the Executive Director of ALA in 2016 showing how closely ALA is allied with the antisemitic organization, hyperlinks in original:
Librarians from across the Persian Gulf, Middle East, and North Africa (MENA) gathered at the Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) November 8–10 for the third annual SIBF/American Library Association Conference.  The conference is ALA's most ambitious international professional development event, supporting ALA's global theme, "Partnering to build stronger libraries worldwide."  Approximately 350 librarians took part in three days of programs, training, and networking in both Arabic and English, with translation provided.  [ALA President] Julie Todaro and Miguel Figueroa provided keynotes.  You can find out more in the member release about the conference or American Libraries' Scoop.  Plans are already underway for the 2017 event.  [Source 1, Source 2]
The number of American librarians attending the annual antisemitic event is staggering.  Use of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to uncover how much their communities paid or are paying for them to support antisemitism may be beneficial.  Those communities may wish to know and may wish to stop funding hate.
Israel is missing.  Source is SIBF
"Sharjah Book Authority" YouTube.

ALA MEMBERS KNOW ALA IS ANTISEMITIC:

ALA does make an effort to show it is not antisemitic, for example, "In the Shadow of Pittsburgh: Intellectual Freedom to Defend the Jewish People," by Emily SchneiderIntellectual Freedom Blog, 12 November 2018.  But that is only to give ALA cover to perpetuate "the resistance": "the overwhelming inundation of hateful words and actions which have been seemingly encouraged by the presidency of Donald Trump and the subsequent empowerment of white supremacist, anti-LGBTQ, and specifically anti-Semitic groups."

Nevertheless, the publication goes on confirm antisemitism at ALA, hyperlink in original:
Even more troubling is the virtual absence of Jewish concerns on ALSC's blog. When I searched under "Jewish," as well as "antisemitism," to check if I had missed any past blog entries that would concede the existence of Jews as readers, I came up with nothing but some incidental references to characters and a discussion about holiday decorations in libraries. A parallel search of "Islam" at [sic] did produce some recommendations for books that would make Muslim children feel welcome and understood.
....
If librarians and other advocates for an inclusive and activist approach to literacy are afraid to discuss antisemitism as a deep-rooted and dangerous blight on society, one that is both related to other forms of hatred, and also uniquely menacing to the Jewish people, we have a problem that needs to be addressed.
And the author doesn't even mention ALA's efforts to fund and promote Islam in American libraries: "Bridging Cultures Bookshelf: Muslim Journeys."

EVEN BANNED BOOKS WEEK IS INFECTED BY ALA COVERING FOR TERROR:

Even Banned Books Week is infected by American Library Association's covering for terror.
  • In one case, ALA librarians gleefully brag about censorship of "No Go Zones" by Raheem Kassam, see "'No Go Zones' Censored; Banned Books Week Hoax Strikes Again," and
  • in another case ALA is happy to announce how the terrorist organization called CAIR for Counsel of American Islamic Relations successfully campaigned to removed a book.
Yet notice how Banned Books Week fails to name either of these books.  So Banned Books Week excludes ALA's own censorship of books ALA's own librarians don't like for political reasons.

CONCLUSION:

There is no other way to look at America Library Association's repeat attendance at antisemitic events, let alone its past history of antisemitic behavior as referenced below.  It's antisemitism.  If you or I engaged in this behavior, that's what we'd be called, antisemitic.  ALA is antisemitic.  I'll rejoin ALA when it stops attending antisemitic events, etc.

Who Are the Book Banners: Librarians

Who Are the Book Banners?

September 23-29 is the ominously and inaccurately named Banned Books Week established by the book-banning American Library Association (ALA) to suggest that book banning is prevalent in America and very scary.

Although the ALA named it Banned Books Week, it acknowledged in the “about” section of the Banned Books Week website that it’s not really about books that have been banned à la Fahrenheit 451 or even asked to be banned. It’s centrally about books that have been challenged, which is a horse of an entirely different and far less dark color. A book is challenged when the appropriateness of it in some context is questioned.

Of course, the book banners at the ALA hope that no one notices the book banning they do through de facto book-banning protocols called Collection Development Policies (CDPs) that coincidentally align with the “progressive” biases of many librarians. (FYI, the field of library science is decidedly not ideologically diverse; it’s dominated by “progressives.”)

....

Parents who object to the inclusion of texts in libraries, sections of libraries, or classrooms due to obscene language, sexuality, or highly controversial messages are not engaging in inappropriate censorship. All educators evaluate curricular materials for objectionable content, including language, sexuality, and controversial themes. The irony is that when librarians and teachers decide not to select a text due to these elements, the choice constitutes an exercise in legitimate text-selection, but when conservative parents engage in it, they are tarred with the label of censor and book banner.

Continue reading "Who Are the Book Banners?" by Laurie Higgins at Illinois Family Institute here.

And let me add that ALA actively censors and blacklists the one means parents and educators have to evaluate school and home reading material for the potential for inappropriate material, namely, Common Sense Media Book Reviews: YALSA Board of Directors Meeting, Intellectual Freedom Committee Report, 29 August 2013.

Twitter Censorship Enables Harm; Librarians Use Heckler's Veto for Censorship

SafeLibraries is shadow banned at Twitter as a direct result of librarians using the heckler's veto to silence me for exposing the harms of the American Library Association [ALA].  They publicly and falsely attack me and call for other librarians to block me on Twitter.  Perhaps hundreds do.  The result is Twitter algorithms have completely silenced me unless someone goes directly to my account.  I'm shadow banned.

There is no way for me to explain to Twitter that I have been the victim of a concerted censorship effort by librarians.  As a result, literally the only voice speaking out for an end to the sexual harassment of librarians by library patrons viewing Internet pornography is silenced.  Twitter is silencing that voice.  The attacks, even those amounting to defamation per se, are never blocked by Twitter.

Twitter Is Shadow Banning How ALA Harms Communities

So we understand what Twitter is silencing, here are some of the harms of ALA that I expose:
Bittman: "Looks at him, this fruit is blocking me."

Years of Heckler's Veto and Blocks by Librarians Lead to Twitter Shadow Ban

Because I expose those harms and name ALA as the source, some librarians attack me.  Here are some of the tweets that defame me and that call for me to be blocked by other librarians.  Some mock my race, some mock my assumed religionKnow that I was a volunteer librarian for two years, I am seeking to stop sexual harassment of librarians, I have never "doxxed" anyone—reporting unprofessional behavior like defamation is not doxxing, and I am not "anti-porn," rather I oppose how ALA misleads communities into harming themselves (and sex trafficking victims) by ignoring the law and legal precedent to advise the opposite.

There's a long list here to show the long-term effort to defame me and to get those hundreds of librarians to block me, and they do, that Twitter apparently then used for its shadow ban, and these are just some of the worst instances:

By the way, even a few libraries block me on Twitter, something that may be illegal, and one reversed its ban after I simply asked (a friend of @MagpieLibrarian simply applied the block because he controlled the library's Twitter account; the director reversed that once she learned of the situation).  Those that block me are usually the ones that have committed various offenses against their communities and even against the United States of America.  Definitely a number of ALA leaders block me, including ALA Presidents and, oddly, the head of the Office for Intellectual Freedom.  When you're taking flak, that means you're over the target.

Effects of Twitter Shadow Ban and Search Ban

What are the effects of the shadow ban by Twitter? For one thing I lost a lot of followers.  I had about 2620 on 5 July 2018, and now on 3 August 2018 I have 2557, or a loss of over 60.  Hardly anyone follows me any more—because they don't see me anymore.  But this is the least of the problem.

You cannot find me in a search, meaning my name will not be autosuggested.  You have to know it and type it directly into the search box.  I see it when I'm logged in and I search, but no one else sees it.  Go ahead and try it for yourselves.  Search for @SafeLibraries.  It's not there.

I also learned that when I use hashtags, no one sees my tweets containing those hashtags.  This means Twitter is useless for speaking publicly as it now only allows me to read but not respond to what others say in a manner that uses hashtags, the leading way to be heard.  I cannot say #ShadowBanning, for example, or rather I can, but Twitter will suppress my tweet when people search for that tag.

For example, the other day I participated in a conversation at the hashtag #critlib.  Only I didn't realize I was really not participating because Twitter took that ability away from me.  No one saw my comments.  I didn't realize this so I was wasting my time because of Twitter, the obvious effect being to discourage me from exercising further First Amendment rights to free speech since they would only come to naught.  If I looked at the #critlib tweets, I could see mine.  But if other people looked, my tweets were excluded.  It's likely why no one responded to me as they did on that hashtag in the past before I was shadow banned.  Shadow banned really means banned, nothing shadow about it.

Take a look yourselves to see how I am excluded from #critlib chat: https://twitter.com/hashtag/critlib?src=hash even though the librarian harassing me for over five years and complaining about my assumed race and assumed religion and assumed job has comments there responding to me and furthering Twitter's censorship, like this one:

Examples of What Twitter Banned

Here are some of the tweets that I wrote that no one saw during the conversation and no one can now see that had been and remain excluded as a result of Twitter's censorship.  In response to #critlib questions I raised legitimate issues that no one saw.  Here they are:
So those tweets are literally made invisible by Twitter, even during the ongoing #critlib discussion, even by the very people viewing the #critlib hashtag.

Lastly, to tweet about this publication, "Twitter Censorship via Librarians Enables Harm," hashtags for me are now useless.  I cannot say #ShadowBanning, for example.  I'll have to directly tag people.  It's speech censorship and denial of press freedom pure and simple.  And I am the only press reporting on how ALA harms communities.  And it's done by Twitter, at the hands of a mob of harassers who seek to silence my advocacy about how communities can protect themselves from the many harms caused by ALA.

I'll Join Legal Action Taken Against Twitter

So, in summary, what we have here is Twitter censorship, via librarians, where both the librarians AND Twitter enable the harms of the American Library Association listed above by blocking one of the few voices speaking out against them.

And Twitter provides no means to address the censorship which it should not even do in the first place.

I am going to make an effort to join any legal action against Twitter.  Congressmen Devin Nunes and Matt Gaetz, for example, are taking legal action.
Hat tip to Kevin DuJan @HillBuzz for the idea to contact Devin Nunes and Matt Gaetz.  Mr. DuJan is my cowriter with me on this publication for a good reason.  And he's the "gay" and the "fruit" that the library employees maligned and that ALA blocked from an open public meeting celebrating the awarding of an "intellectual freedom" award to a library (Orland Park Public Library) that facilitated child pornography viewing by following ALA guidance, and was protected by ALA's direct intervention.

Summary - Twitter Banning Produces Loss of Press Freedom to Advise on Governmental Actions

Twitter censorship has taken away my audience, but more importantly, it has taken away the public's opportunity to learn how their governments, as expressed in libraries by legislatively-constituted library boards, have been subverted toward doing the public harm and exposing library employees to sexual harassment.  No one can seek redress of their government under the First Amendment, at least on the issue of the harm enabled by ALA-recommended lawlessness in public schools and libraries, if my First Amendment rights are being trampled by Twitter.

Times Up doesn't apply to librarians if the one voice speaking out about Me Too librarians has been silenced by Twitter.

NOTE ADDED 9 AUGUST 2018:

As of today it appears I am NO LONGER SHADOW BANNED.

That doesn't mean the underlying problem at Twitter has been resolved; I feel my writing this publication and spreading word about it has resulted in the lifting of the ban.

Meanwhile, the racist school librarian (working @cgps) who largely started all this years ago is still being racist and now misandristic, here against James LaRue of the ALA's Office for Intellectual Freedom:

"I'd like to add 'edgelord white OIF bros' to the nice white lady demographic."
